About Us

At Movement Resilience Sports Medicine and Rehab, we’re not your average clinic. We believe in evidence-inspired care that meets you where you are. Our mission is to help active adults break free from pain, move better, and stay strong for the long run. Whether that’s through soft tissue work, adjustments, or smart, individualized rehab.

Your plan is built around you.

We live by the belief that movement is medicine. We know how frustrating it can feel when pain holds you back, but your story doesn’t end there. We’re here to guide you, give you the tools you need, and celebrate every win with you along the way.

Movement Resilience was born because I saw a huge gap between traditional rehab and real-world performance. I’m Dr. Cat, originally from Northern California, I headed down to SoCal for my B.S. in Sports Psychology and Leadership at Cal State Long Beach, then earned my Doctor of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences. I’ve been a personal trainer and strength coach since 2018, and have invested hundreds of hours in continuing education because you deserve care that actually works for you, not cookie-cutter fixes.

Your goals matter, your input matters, and your trust means everything.

When I’m not helping patients get back to what they love, you’ll find me lifting, getting lost in a good book, or exploring Austin’s best spots.

Our Movement Resilience Method

We provide customized treatment plans to help keep our patients healthy and active for the long term.

Phase 1: Restore

You can’t fight fire with fire. This phase consist of getting you out of pain and back to function. We explore movements and figure out where we need to give you more flexibility.

Phase 2: Rebuild

We build the foundation for strength and performance to prosper. This is where we build you up and create resiliency in movement patterns.

Phase 3: Resilience

Where we start to have more fun. This is where we prep you to go past function and prepare you for high level performance, based off the goals that are important to you.
