About Us

At Movement Resilience Sports Medicine and Rehab, we proudly share our commitment to evidence-inspired practices. We are dedicated to transforming the lives of active adults by alleviating pain and restoring function through individualized techniques including soft tissue therapy, adjustments, and tailored rehabilitation protocols.

We embrace the philosophy that movement is medicine, and we celebrate every individual's unique journey to recovery. Our aim is to empower you with the knowledge and tools needed to overcome challenges. Your story matters, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

Dr. Cat founded Movement Resilience to bridge the gap between rehab and peak performance. Originally from Northern California, she moved to Southern California to attend Cal State Long Beach where she received her Bachelors of Science in Sports Psychology and Leadership. She later earned her Doctor of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences. With a background as a personal trainer and strength coach since 2018, Dr. Cat is committed to providing top-tier care. She has completed over 500 hours of continuing education to ensure her patients receive the best possible treatment. She believes in truly listening to her patients, valuing their input, and helping them achieve their goals.

Outside of chiropractic care, Dr. Cat enjoys working out, reading, and exploring all that Austin has to offer.
